This professional electric melter is manufactured from durable stainless steel, featuring an aesthetic matte polished finish designed for long-lasting use. It is intended exclusively for household use under full safety conditions. Important operational note: During the active heating phase, the appliance will raise the temperature of the contents above the value set on the thermostat to accelerate uniform melting. For example, in tests conducted with water, by configuring the thermostat at 60°C, the heating process stopped when the liquid reached an actual value of 73°C. We recommend that you keep this margin in mind and monitor the temperature with a digital thermometer. Stir continuously to distribute heat evenly. Turn off the appliance if the temperature exceeds 85–90°C.

The range includes variants equipped with an On/Off switch, a thermostat for temperature regulation, and indicator lights. The YT-5WMA model offers a volume of 4.5 Liters and a power of 1800W for increased efficiency in household use.
🌡️ Indicator Light Management
The Red light (HEATING) indicates active heating. The Yellow light (INSULATION) turns on automatically for heat preservation when the heating phase ends, maintaining the wax at the required temperature.
🛡️ Automatic Safety Cycles
Intelligent protection system at the base of the tank: if the heating element reaches 135°C, the power turns off automatically for even heat dissipation, resuming the cycle later without disrupting the melting process.
🌡️ Temperature Control and Margin
The appliance can raise the temperature of the contents above the value set on the thermostat to accelerate uniform melting (e.g., at a set temperature of 60°C, the liquid may reach 73°C). Monitoring with a digital thermometer is recommended.
🧼 Maintenance and Unclogging the Tap
If the tap becomes clogged with solidified wax, set the thermostat to 85°C – 90°C for 20 minutes or use a mechanical method. Cleaning must only be done when the appliance is disconnected and completely cooled down.

💧 Easy Cleaning and Complete Drainage
Designed for quick and effortless sanitization. Thanks to the smart positioning of the drainage hole directly on the bottom of the melter, the appliance allows complete emptying of the contents, eliminating the risk of remaining wax residue.
Important Safety and Usage Rules
- Preventing electric shock and burns: Remove the plug from the socket before cleaning/emptying. Beware of hot steam and ensure that the lid is securely locked by turning it. Do not leave the appliance unattended around children.
- Wax supply (Min / Max): Do not turn on the appliance with an empty tank. Maintain at least 1 kg of wax (Min level) to prevent dry running and do not exceed the Max limit (wax expands).
- Handling guide: The appliance must be positioned from the beginning on a fixed countertop and filled gradually. For your safety, never move or lift the appliance if it contains an amount greater than 4-5 Liters.
- Working time: Do not use the appliance continuously for more than 4 hours. After this interval, allow the heating element to cool down completely. The appliance is NOT suitable for jelly-type wax.

🎁 Warranty Void Conditions
The warranty becomes void and loses its validity in the following cases of improper use:
- Burnout due to voltage fluctuations or short circuits (a voltage stabilizer is recommended).
- Wetting, infiltration of water or other liquids into the electrical components.
- Insertion of foreign objects into the internal electrical part or unauthorized disassembly.
- Shocks, mechanical blows during handling, or negligent use (e.g., activating protection without liquid).
- Use for purposes or with types of wax other than those recommended.
