Electric Stainless Steel Wax Melter – 4.5L
This professional electric melter is crafted from durable stainless steel with an attractive matte polished finish, designed for long-term use. It is intended exclusively for safe household use. The authorised distributor Geomar Concept SRL reserves the right to interpret the contents of this manual, and the exact appearance of the product will correspond to the unit received.
Important operating note: During the active heating phase, the unit will raise the temperature of the contents above the thermostat set value in order to accelerate uniform melting. For example, in tests carried out with water, setting the thermostat to 60°C, the heating process stopped when the liquid reached an actual temperature of 73°C. We recommend keeping this margin in mind and monitoring the temperature with a digital thermometer. Stir continuously to distribute heat evenly. Switch the unit off if the temperature exceeds 85–90°C.

The range includes variants equipped with an On/Off switch, a thermostat for temperature adjustment, and indicator lights. The YT-5WMA model offers a capacity of 4.5 Litres and a power output of 1800W for enhanced efficiency in household use.
🌡️ Indicator Light Management
The Red light (HEATING) indicates active heating. The Yellow light (INSULATION) illuminates automatically to maintain heat once the heating phase is complete, keeping the wax at the required temperature.
🛡️ Automatic Safety Cycles
Intelligent protection system at the base of the tank: if the heating element reaches 135°C, power cuts off automatically for uniform heat dissipation, then resumes the cycle without disrupting the melting process.
🌡️ Temperature Control & Variance
The unit may raise the temperature of the contents above the thermostat set value to accelerate uniform melting (e.g. with a set point of 60°C, the liquid may reach 73°C). Monitoring with a digital thermometer is recommended.
🧼 Maintenance & Tap Unclogging
If the tap becomes blocked with solidified wax, set the thermostat to 85°C – 90°C for 20 minutes or use a mechanical method. Cleaning must only be carried out when the unit is unplugged and fully cooled.

The unit features compact external dimensions of 285 x 260 x 400 mm, making it ideal for any workspace. The inner cylinder measures 190 x 160 mm, providing optimal geometry for efficient heating.
💧 Easy Cleaning & Complete Draining
Designed for quick and effortless cleaning. Thanks to the smart positioning of the drain opening directly at the bottom of the melter, the unit allows complete emptying of its contents, eliminating the risk of wax residue remaining inside.
Important Safety & Usage Guidelines
- Preventing electric shock and burns: Unplug the unit before cleaning or draining. Keep clear of hot steam and ensure the lid is securely locked by turning it fully. Never leave the unit unattended around children.
- Wax loading (Min / Max): Never operate the unit with an empty tank. Always maintain at least 1 kg of wax (Min level) to prevent dry running, and do not exceed the Max limit (wax expands when melted).
- Handling guidelines: The unit must be placed on a stable surface from the outset and filled gradually. For your safety, never move or lift the unit when it contains more than 4–5 Litres.
- Operating time: Do not operate the unit continuously for more than 4 hours. After this period, allow the heating element to cool completely. The unit is NOT suitable for jelly wax.

🎁 Warranty Void Conditions
The warranty becomes null and void in the following cases of improper use:
- Burnout caused by voltage fluctuations or short circuits (use of a voltage stabiliser is recommended).
- Moisture, water ingress, or other liquids entering the electrical components.
- Introduction of foreign objects into the electrical parts or unauthorised disassembly.
- Shocks, mechanical impacts during handling, or negligent use (e.g. triggering the safety protection with no liquid present).
- Use for purposes other than intended, or with wax types other than those recommended.
