Wicks made from natural braided cotton threads coated with a layer of wax (paraffin).

Recommended for candles made with soy wax, palm wax, coconut wax, beeswax, and paraffin.

We recommend, depending on the type of wax, using a larger burn diameter for your container.

The burn diameter is a suggestion based on standard results. These should be used only as a starting point for testing purposes, as burn rates can vary greatly due to differences between candle systems.

Designed for any type of wax, our FB series wick is a braided, cored wick with an outer sheath that provides a high level of rigidity, made from cotton threads and a wax coating (paraffin). It delivers an excellent burn profile with any type of wax. The FB series produces minimal smoke and soot. The wick reduces or eliminates carbon buildup. A steady flame helps ensure that glass containers do not overheat on one side and that pillar candles do not tunnel or drip down the side of the candle.

Our wicks are supplied pre-cut to 120mm, pre-waxed, and fitted with a 15mm metal sustainer tab.
