Depending on the type of wax, we recommend using a larger burn diameter for your container.

The burn diameter is a suggestion based on standard results. These should be used only as a starting point for testing purposes, as burn rates can vary significantly due to differences between candle-making systems.

Designed for any type of wax, our FB series wick is a braided wick made from cotton threads. It delivers an excellent burn profile with any type of wax. The FB series produces no smoke or soot. This wick reduces or eliminates carbon buildup. A consistent flame helps ensure that glass containers do not overheat on one side and that pillar candles do not tunnel or drip down the side of the candle.
