🕯️ Operating Instructions & Wax Melting
Steps for correct use:
- Make sure the switch is in the “Off (O)” position before starting.
- Connect the unit to the power supply.
- Place wax in the pot, do not exceed 80% of capacity to avoid overflow, and cover with the glass lid.
- Never operate the unit without wax in the pot!
- Turn the knob clockwise to position “I” or “II”. The indicator light will turn on.
- Stir continuously throughout the process to distribute heat evenly and speed up wax melting.
- Switch off the unit immediately if the internal temperature exceeds 85°C.
Temperature Settings:
Note: Both settings can reach 100°C. Do not heat soy wax above 85°C. We recommend using a thermometer to monitor the temperature accurately.
💧 Care & Cleaning
Before cleaning, switch off the unit and unplug it. Always wait for the pot and its contents to cool completely.
- Cleaning the pot: Remove any residue once cooled. Wash the interior with warm water and a non-abrasive detergent (use a plastic sponge for stubborn marks). Dry with a soft cloth.
- Cleaning the exterior: Wipe the outside with a damp cloth only, after it has cooled down.
Warning: Never immerse the unit in water! Do not pour cold water into the hot pot. Do not use alkaline detergents, steel wool, or abrasive sponges.
⚠️ Safety Warnings
- Intended for domestic or similar use only.
- Use a three-pin socket with a reliable earth connection. Do not share the socket with other appliances.
- Children must be supervised to ensure they do not play with the unit.
- Do not move the unit or touch the pot surface while it is in operation.
- Take care when lifting the lid after heating — residual heat and steam may cause burns. Do not lean over the pot.
🛡️ Warranty Information
Warranty period: Private individuals: 24 months | Business customers: 12 months.
Warranty is NOT valid in the following cases:
- The unit burns out due to overvoltage/undervoltage (outside the 220V – 240V range) or due to a short circuit. Use of a voltage stabiliser is recommended.
- The unit sustains mechanical damage during handling.
- The unit burns out due to electrical parts being exposed to water or other liquids.
- Foreign objects are inserted into the electrical components.
- The unit is used for purposes other than those recommended by the supplier.
For questions about the operation or performance of the unit, please contact us. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by qualified personnel only.
