A 100% Original product, Stewalin White Ceramic Powder (Glorex, 1 kg) is a high-density synthetic casting material made from a mineral composite enriched with polymers (plastic) for enhanced strength. Technical Guide & Step-by-Step Instructions
- Mold Preparation: Ensure molds are clean and dry. Lightly moisten the inside of the mold with water before pouring for smoother results.
- Mixing Method: Always add cold water to the vessel first (1 part water to 4 parts powder). Gradually sprinkle the powder into the water and mix thoroughly with a stick.
- Filling & Air Bubble Removal: Fill the mold only halfway and spread the mixture using a brush—this step is crucial to release trapped air bubbles. Fill the remainder, insert hanging hooks if needed, and gently tap/shake the mold.
- Demolding: Allow the casting to set for approximately 30 minutes before removing it from the mold. Carefully trim any excess edges with a fine knife.
- Drying & Curing: Let the piece air-dry completely for 2 to 24 hours depending on thickness before applying paints, sealers, or acrylic finishes.
