Our Delivery Partner: DPD Courier (DPD Regional CEE)
For all our deliveries, we rely on the reliable services of DPD Courier, specifically DPD Regional CEE. DPD is a leading international parcel delivery service known for its efficiency, advanced tracking options, and extensive network across Central and Eastern Europe.
DPD Regional CEE offers door-to-door parcel delivery services from/to Romania to/from Bulgaria, Greece, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, and Croatia, providing competitive rates for road deliveries within these countries.
1. Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse, you can expect the following estimated delivery times:
- Standard Delivery: 2 – 5 business days (for domestic deliveries within Romania and international deliveries within the DPD Regional CEE network)
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary based on your exact location, public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather conditions). We always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders placed on a business day will typically be processed and dispatched within 1-5 business days, depending on the season.
- Orders placed on weekends/public holidays will be considered as placed on the next business day.
- You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
3. Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight/volume of your order and your delivery address. You will see the exact delivery fee before confirming your purchase.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched with DPD, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. You can track the real-time status of your delivery directly on the DPD website:

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active after you receive your dispatch notification.
5. Delivery Process
- DPD couriers typically deliver from Monday to Friday during business hours.
- If you are not available at the time of delivery, DPD will usually attempt redelivery on the next business day or leave a notification card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or pick up your parcel from a local DPD pickup point.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the parcel, especially for high-value orders.
6. Important Delivery Notes
- Accurate Address: Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are accurate and complete to avoid any delays. We cannot be held responsible for deliveries to incorrectly provided addresses.
- Delivery to P.O. Boxes: DPD does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address.
- Order Changes: Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address. Please contact us immediately if you need to amend your order details before dispatch.
- Damaged Parcels: If your parcel appears damaged upon arrival, please note this with the courier upon receipt. If you accept a damaged parcel, please photograph the damage before opening and contact us immediately at [email protected].
7. Collection Requests (for returns or specific scenarios)
If a collection request is initiated (e.g., for returns or specific agreements), please note:
- Collection requests from the CEE zone to Romania are accepted and processed Monday to Friday until 3:00 PM EEST. Requests received after 3:00 PM EEST will be processed on the next business day.
- Parcel collection is carried out according to the operating schedule of DPD partners in CEE countries, without a guaranteed fixed time slot.
- The sender is responsible for proper parcel preparation, including packaging and labeling, and ensuring the number of parcels matches the collection request.
- For collection requests, the sender’s local phone number and email address are required.
- The cost for a collection request will be based on the DPD Regional CEE tariff.
