Bekro Candle Dye, Dark Cherry

Bekro candle wax dye, dark cherry, 6133-34 – highly concentrated, easy-to-use flakes, dust-free.

Bekro dyes are considered the best in the industry due to their minimal impact on burn performance, while delivering stable colour that can be replicated batch after batch.

Bekro dyes are manufactured from organic pigments/dyes and a wax blend, colouring raw materials and additives.

Usage: approx. 1 – 2.5 g per kg of wax, depending on the desired colour intensity.

For a more intense colour, more dye can be added, but bear in mind that using too much may negatively affect wick performance.

We recommend using our candle dye at 0.2%.

Soy and vegetable waxes may require a higher concentration to achieve a deep colour.

Add the dye before the fragrance and stir until fully dissolved.

The colour of the wax when liquid will appear darker and more intense; the final colour of the candle will be a lighter shade.

To test the final candle colour, drip a small amount of the coloured liquid wax onto a sheet of white paper.

Excellent blending properties.

Our dyes are suitable for soy wax, palm wax, coconut wax and paraffin, and have good burn properties, making them well suited for coloured container and mould-poured candles. They can be easily blended into wax using a metal or wooden stirring rod.

The image shows an approximate colour once added to paraffin wax. Colour will vary depending on the wax and additives used. We suggest experimenting with each dye before making a bulk purchase.
