Bekro Candle Dye, Baby Blue

Bekro candle wax dye, baby blue — highly concentrated flakes, easy to use, dust-free.

Bekro dyes are considered the best in the industry thanks to their minimal impact on burn performance, while delivering a stable colour that can be replicated batch after batch.

Bekro dyes are made from organic pigments/dyes and a blend of wax, colouring raw materials and additives.

Usage: approx. 1 – 2.5 gr per kg of wax, depending on the desired colour intensity.

For a more intense colour you can add more dye, but keep in mind that using too large an amount may negatively affect wick burn performance.

We recommend using our candle dye at 0.2%.

Soy and vegetable waxes may require a higher concentration to achieve a deep colour.

Add the dye before the fragrance and stir until fully dissolved.

The colour of the wax while liquid will appear darker and more intense; the final colour of the finished candle will be a lighter shade.

To test the final colour of your candle, drop a small amount of coloured liquid wax onto a sheet of white paper.

Excellent blending properties.

Our dyes are suitable for soy wax, palm wax, coconut wax and paraffin, and have good burning properties — making them ideal for coloured container or mould-poured candles. They can be easily blended into wax using a metal or wooden stirring rod.

The image shows an approximate colour when added to paraffin wax. The colour will vary depending on the wax and additives used. We suggest experimenting with each dye before making a bulk purchase.
