Electric Stainless Steel Wax Melter – 15L
This professional electric melter is made from durable stainless steel with an attractive matte polished finish, designed for long-term use. It is intended exclusively for domestic use under fully safe conditions. Important operating note: During the active heating phase, the appliance will raise the temperature of the contents above the thermostat set value in order to accelerate uniform melting. For example, in tests carried out with water, by setting the thermostat to 60°C, the heating process stopped when the liquid reached an actual temperature of 73°C. We recommend keeping this margin in mind and monitoring the temperature with a digital thermometer. Stir continuously to distribute heat evenly. Switch the appliance off if the temperature exceeds 85–90°C.

🌡️ Indicator Light Management
The Red Light (HEATING) indicates active heating. The Yellow Light (INSULATION) switches on automatically to maintain heat once the heating phase ends, keeping wax at the required temperature.
🛡️ Automatic Safety Cycles
Intelligent protection system at the base of the tank: if the heating element reaches 135°C, the power supply cuts off automatically for uniform heat dissipation, then resumes the cycle without interrupting the melting process.
🌡️ Temperature Control & Variance
The appliance may raise the temperature of the contents above the thermostat set value to accelerate uniform melting (e.g. set to 60°C, the liquid may reach 73°C). Monitoring with a digital thermometer is recommended.
🧼 Easy Maintenance & Tap Unblocking
If the tap becomes blocked with solidified wax, set the thermostat to 85°C – 90°C for 20 minutes or use a mechanical method. Cleaning must only be carried out when the appliance is unplugged and fully cooled.

💧 Easy Cleaning & Complete Draining
Designed for quick, effortless cleaning. Thanks to the smart positioning of the drain outlet directly at the base of the melter, the appliance allows complete emptying of its contents, eliminating the risk of wax residue remaining inside.
Important Safety & Usage Guidelines
- Preventing electric shock and burns: Unplug the appliance before cleaning or draining. Avoid hot steam and ensure the lid is securely locked by rotating it. Never leave the appliance unattended around children.
- Loading wax (Min / Max): Do not switch the appliance on with an empty tank. Always maintain at least 1 kg of wax (Min level) to prevent dry running, and do not exceed the Max limit (wax expands when melted).
- Handling guide: The appliance must be placed on a stable surface from the outset and filled gradually. For your safety, never move or lift the appliance if it contains more than 4–5 Litres.
- Operating time: Do not use the appliance continuously for more than 4 hours. After this period, allow the heating element to cool completely. The appliance is NOT suitable for jelly wax.

🎁 Warranty Void Conditions
The warranty becomes null and void in the following cases of improper use:
- Burnout caused by voltage fluctuations or short circuit (use of a voltage stabilizer is recommended).
- Wetting, water ingress, or penetration of other liquids into the electrical components.
- Insertion of foreign objects into the electrical components or unauthorized disassembly.
- Shocks, mechanical impacts during handling, or negligent use (e.g. activating the protection system without liquid present).
- Use for purposes other than intended, or with wax types other than those recommended.
