Ensure the switch is in the “Off (O)” position before turning it on.
Connect the device to the power source.
Place the wax in the pot, without exceeding 80% of its capacity to avoid overflowing, and cover with the glass lid.
The device must never be used without wax in the pot!
Turn the knob clockwise to position “I” or “II”. The indicator light will turn on.
Stir constantly during the process to distribute heat evenly and accelerate the melting of the wax.
Immediately turn off the device if the temperature inside exceeds the 85°C threshold.
Temperature settings:
Level I: 300W Operates at half power.
Level II: 600W Operates at maximum power (heats up faster).
Note: Both settings can reach 100°C. Do not heat soy wax above 85°C. We recommend using a thermometer for accurate temperature monitoring.
💧 Care and Cleaning
Before cleaning, turn off the device and unplug it. Always wait for the pot and its contents to cool down completely.
Cleaning the pot: Remove any remaining particles after cooling. Wash the interior with warm water and a non-abrasive detergent (use a plastic sponge for stains). Dry with a soft cloth.
Cleaning the exterior: Wipe the exterior only with a damp cloth, after it has cooled.
Warning: Never submerge the device in water! Do not pour cold water into the hot pot. Do not use alkaline detergents, steel wool, or abrasive sponges.

Use a reliable three-pin grounded outlet. Do not use the same outlet for other appliances.
Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
Do not move the unit and do not touch the surface of the pot during operation.
Be careful when lifting the lid after heating — residual heat and steam can cause burns. Do not lean over the pot.

Warranty period: Individuals: 24 months | Legal entities: 12 months. The warranty is NOT valid in the following cases:
The device burns out due to overvoltage/undervoltage (outside the 220V – 240V range) or a short circuit. The use of a voltage stabilizer is recommended.
The device suffers mechanical shocks during handling.
The device burns out due to the wetting of electrical parts with water or various liquids.
Foreign objects are inserted into the electrical part.
The device is used for purposes other than those recommended by the supplier.
