Pure White Beeswax – Pellet Format

A premium choice for crafters seeking purity and versatility. This beeswax (pure grade) in pellet form is ideal for candles with a flawless finish, offering a solid structure and a slow, clean burn.

Pharmaceutical Grade Quality
High purity, free from residues or vegetal impurities.
Excellent for Blending
Increases the hardness of soy wax and eliminates frosting.
Pristine White Finish
Does not alter dye shades, allowing vibrant, true-to-colour results.

Technical Guide for Makers

  • Wick Selection: Beeswax burns at a higher temperature. We recommend cotton wicks with a paper core (Wedo Stabilo series), sizing up 1-2 sizes compared to those used for soy wax.
  • Container Adhesion: Pre-heat your jars to 40°C before pouring to prevent wet spots.
  • Crack Control: For pillar candles (mould), cool the candle slowly at room temperature, avoiding cold air drafts that can cause radial cracks.
  • Improving Soy Wax: Adding 10% beeswax to soy wax (e.g. KeraSoy) will provide a smoother surface finish after burning.

Temperatures & Dosage

Melting Point 61 – 66 °C (Optimum at 63.1 °C)
Fragrance Addition 70 – 75 °C (Stir for a minimum of 2 min)
Pouring Temperature 65 – 70 °C
Fragrance Concentration 4% – 6% (maximum 8-10% in blends)

Recommended Applications & Products

Category End Products / Uses
Premium & Coloured Candles White or pastel pillar candles, decorative sculpted candles with fine details, blends with soy wax (corrects imperfections and frosting without influencing the final colour). The perfect base for adding dyes in vibrant shades.
Cosmetics & Personal Care Moisturising face and body creams, lip balms and lipsticks where a neutral pigment base is desired, hair masks, solid sunscreen creams, foundation bases.
Aromatherapy & DIY Projects Scented wax melts for wardrobes, bases for solid perfumes. Provides a clean fragrance release (hot/cold throw), without the strong honey scent characteristic of the yellow variant.
Technical & Pharmaceutical Applications Fine medical ointments and salves, protective coatings for medicines (capsules), dental modelling wax, fine insulating layers for high-purity packaging.

Pro Tip:

Pure beeswax in pellet form is much easier to weigh and melts evenly, eliminating the risk of localised overheating. For a stronger cold throw, allow the candle to cure for a minimum of 48 hours before the first burn.

  2. Delia Petcu –

I made wax melts for the first time with this wax, and I'm happy with the result.

  3. Daniela –

I’ve been using white beeswax for a while now, and honestly, it’s become one of my favorites. ❤️ I really love how it works and how beautiful my products turn out every time. I’ve tried several different brands over the years, but I’ve stayed loyal to the one from Ceara-Soia. I order it regularly and get excited every time a new box arrives.🥰
