Step-by-Step Working Guide
1. Melting
Melt the wax slowly, stirring constantly.
⚠️ WARNING: Do not exceed 90°C. Overheating leads to oxidation and discoloration.
2. Adding Color
Natural wax renders colors vibrantly. If using solid dyes, raise the temperature to 75-85°C to ensure the pigment dissolves completely.
3. Pouring
Ideal pouring temperature: 65-70°C.
Pour slowly to avoid air bubbles. If using large molds, save a small amount of wax for a second pour (top-up) if the level sinks slightly.
4. Wicking & Cooling
Use larger wicks than you would for paraffin. Allow candles to cool at room temperature (23-26°C), spaced apart from each other.
⏳ Curing Time: For optimal results, let the candle cure for at least 72 hours before burning. The manufacturer recommends 2 weeks for maximum performance.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place (15-30°C), away from direct sunlight.
