We recommend, depending on the type of wax, using a larger burn diameter for the container.

The burn diameter is a suggestion based on standard results. These should be used only as a starting point for testing purposes, as burn rates can vary significantly due to differences between various candle systems.

Designed for all wax types, our FB series wick is a braided wick made from cotton threads. It delivers an excellent burn profile with any type of wax. The FB series produces no smoke or soot. This wick reduces or eliminates carbon buildup. The steady flame helps ensure that glass containers do not overheat on one side, and that pillar candles do not tunnel or leak down the side of the candle.
