A premium choice for crafters seeking purity and versatility. This beeswax (pure grade) in pellet form is ideal for candles with a flawless finish, offering a solid structure and a slow, clean burn.

• Wick Selection: Beeswax burns at a higher temperature. We recommend cotton wicks with a paper core (Wedo Stabilo series), sizing up 1-2 sizes compared to those used for soy wax.
• Container Adhesion: Pre-heat your jars to 40°C before pouring to prevent wet spots.
• Crack Control: For pillar candles (mould), cool the candle slowly at room temperature, avoiding cold air drafts that can cause radial cracks.
• Improving Soy Wax: Adding 10% beeswax to soy wax (e.g. KeraSoy) will provide a smoother surface finish after burning.

Pro Tip:

Pure beeswax in pellet form is much easier to weigh and melts evenly, eliminating the risk of localised overheating. For a stronger cold throw, allow the candle to cure for a minimum of 48 hours before the first burn.
