Bekro Candle Dye, White

Bekro candle wax dye, white, 08-201 — highly concentrated, easy-to-use flakes, dust-free.

Bekro dyes are widely regarded as the best in the industry, thanks to their minimal impact on burn performance while delivering stable, consistently reproducible colour.

Bekro dyes are manufactured from organic pigments/dyes blended with wax, colouring raw materials and additives.

Usage: approximately 1 – 2.5 g per kg of wax, depending on the desired colour intensity.

For a more intense colour, additional dye can be added, but bear in mind that using too large a quantity may negatively affect wick burn performance.

We recommend using our candle dye at 0.2%.

Soy and vegetable waxes may require a higher concentration to achieve a deep colour.

Add the dye before the fragrance and stir until fully dissolved.

The colour of the wax in its liquid state will appear darker and more intense; the final colour of the finished candle will be a lighter shade.

To test the final candle colour, drop a small amount of the coloured liquid wax onto a white sheet of paper.

Excellent blending properties.

Our dyes are suitable for soy wax, palm wax, coconut wax and paraffin, and have good burn properties that are well suited to coloured candles made by pouring into containers or moulds. They can be easily blended into wax using a metal or wooden stirring rod.

The image shows an approximate colour once added to paraffin wax. Colour will vary depending on the wax and additives used. We suggest experimenting with each dye before making a bulk purchase.
